Molded Fruit Salad
Molded Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained, 6 medium sized bananas, sliced, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows and drained pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and flour.
Cook over low heat until thick (about 5 minutes).
Add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool before adding orange sections, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.
