Molasses Popcorn Balls
Molasses Popcorn Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 quarts of popcorn with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup molasses, 1/2 cup white corn syrup, 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar and 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 2 quart saucepan combine molasses, corn syrup and vinegar. Cook, stirring occasionally till a little mixture dropped into cold water forms a soft ball.
Remove from heat, add 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine.
Stir only long enough to mix.
Pour over popcorn.
Toss until coated.
Quickly shape into 2 1/2-inch balls.
Makes 10.
