Molasses Pecan Pie
Molasses Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 3/4 c. unsulphured molasses, 3/4 c. light corn syrup, 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the eggs, molasses, corn syrup, butter, salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Mix the flour with a small amount of egg mixture.
Stir into remaining egg mixture.
Add pecans.
Turn into a pastry shell.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 60 minutes or until done.
Serve cold.
