Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. molasses and 2 c. all purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream sugar, and shortening together.
Add eggs and blend together.
Stir in molasses.
Sift remaining ingredients together and add to first mix.
Roll dough into small balls.
Space balls 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
DO NOT PRESS DOWN COOKIES.
Bake at 350 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.
