Molasses Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sorghum or molasses, 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter and sugar together, mix in eggs and vanilla. Add milk and flour, alternately blending well.
