Molasses Bread Pudding
Molasses Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, cubed, 4 tbsp. margarine, melted, 4 eggs, 2/3 c. molasses and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place bread cubes in buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
Pour butter over cubes; toss.
Combine eggs, molasses, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl.
Gradually stir in milk and vanilla.
Stir in raisins.
Pour entire mixture over the bread cubes.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Serve warm, drizzled with heavy cream.
