Melt sugar and butter.
Boil 3 minutes.
Layer saltine crackers on foil-lined cookie sheet.
Pour sugar mixture over crackers and bake at 400Β° for 5 minutes.

Press chopped nuts into chocolate.
Cool in fridge and break into pieces.
