Mock Sweetbreads
Mock Sweetbreads is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1/2 lb. ground veal, 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all but soup and water together.
Make into cakes.
Lay on wax paper for 1/2 hour or longer.
Brown in shortening.
Place in a baking dish.
Pour soup diluted with water over.
Bake in 350Β° oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serves so good.
