Mock Stroganoff
Mock Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed french onion soup, 1/2 c. water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables and 1 (16 oz.) can button mushrooms in butter (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large skillet, brown meat over medium heat.
Add soup, water, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, macaroni and seasonings. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender.
Remove from heat; stir in yogurt.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until heated through.
