Mock Pheasant
Mock Pheasant is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 turkey breast, cut in 3 to 4-inch strips, 1 can whole milk or half and half, salt and pepper and 2 cans cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix soup and milk. Roll strips in flour and brown in skillet. Transfer to large casserole. Cover with soup and milk.
Mix together.
Bake at 275Β° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
