Mock Oyster Dip
Mock Oyster Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 6 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/3 c. minced onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook broccoli, drain well and set aside.
Cook onion in margarine until tender.
Add soup, mushrooms, cheese spread and hot sauce.
Heat until cheese melts.
Stir in broccoli and salt. Serve in chafing dish or mini crock-pot.
Great with corn chips or Melba toast squares.
