Mock Mini Cheesecake
Mock Mini Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese, 1 (4 oz.) container cool whip, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 box vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla until sugar is blended in and mixture loses its grainy feel.
Put small amount of cream mixture on flat side of vanilla wafer.
Top with single cherry.
Keep in fridge until time to serve.
