Mock Lobster
Mock Lobster is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. white fish, lemon juice of 1 lemon, 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce (dry) and 6 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring 6 cups water and 1 package dry spaghetti mix to a boil. Wrap fish in cheesecloth and saturate with lemon juice.
Place fish in spaghetti mixture and boil for 5 minutes or until flaky and done.
Carefully unwrap and serve with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Makes 6 servings.
