Mock Lasagna
Mock Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 large jar ragu, 1 lb. pasta shells, 1/2 tsp. oregano and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil water to cook shells. Drain and rinse.
Brown crumbled hamburger.
Drain off grease.
Add Ragu and spices, and simmer. In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer part of Ragu to cover bottom. Put 1/2 shells in pan.
Cover with half remaining Ragu and half cheese. Layer again with remaining shells, Ragu and cheese.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cut in squares.
Serves 8.
