Mock Eggnog
Mock Eggnog is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. egg substitute, 1/4 c. sugar or 5 to 6 pkg. artificial sweetener, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp. rum extract (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine milk, egg substitute, sugar/substitute and extracts in blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill thoroughly.
