Mock Eclair is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) french vanilla instant pudding, 3 1/4 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix pudding with milk.
Beat 2 minutes.
Blend in Cool Whip. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Line with graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers.
Then add another layer of crackers.
Pour remaining pudding over crackers.
Add another layer of crackers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
