Mock Crab Mun Doo
Mock Crab Mun Doo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. imitation crab, shredded, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions and 1/4 c. minced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In medium bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, water chestnuts and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
To form mun doo, put about 2 teaspoons filling in center of pi. Moisten edges with water and fold in half; pinch edges together to seal well.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Heat deep fat to 375Β°.
Fry mun doo until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Makes 30 mun doo.
