Mock Cornish Hen
Mock Cornish Hen is an easy dinner. Made with 4 (2.5 oz.) pkg. sliced, dried beef, 10 chicken breasts, deboned, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with dried beef.
Wrap each chicken breast with slice of beef and place in casserole dish. Mix together soups in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
Bake in a preheated 225Β° oven for 4 to 5 hours, watching last hour to prevent overcooking.
Yields 10 servings.
