Mock Chicken Roast
Mock Chicken Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water (if canned fri chik is used liquid from it may be used instead of water), 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery and 3 tbsp. corn oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour water over bread crumbs and let stand while mixing other ingredients.
Saute onion and celery in corn oil.
Mix all ingredients.
Put into loaf pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Center must be firm.
This roast is good baked one day and reheated the next.
