Mock Champagne
Mock Champagne is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, 1 (46 oz.) can apple juice, 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1/2 c. sugar and 4 bottles chilled ginger ale, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine pineapple juice, apple juice, lemonade concentrate and sugar.
Stir well until sugar dissolves.
Store in freezer overnight or longer.
When ready to serve, remove from freezer 3 or 4 hours before serving so juice becomes mushy.
Break up mixture and place in a large punch bowl.
Add ginger ale; do not add any ice.
Yields 40 (6 ounce) servings.
