Mocha Rum Balls
Mocha Rum Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 maxin 100% freeze dried coffee, 1/4 c. rum, 1 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 2 c. fine vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve coffee in rum and water in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix throughly.
Roll into balls, using a rounded teaspoonful of mixture for each.
Store in tightly covered container for several days.
Then roll in additional confectioners sugar.
