Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cream together margarine, sugar and instant coffee.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet or nonstick pans.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove cookies and cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
