Mmpossible Taco Pie
Mmpossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 3/4 c. bisquick, 1 1/4 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry ground beef with onion; drain.
Add taco seasoning.
Spoon into an 8 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish (greased).
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
Beat with wire whip until smooth.
Pour over meat mixture.
Bake 25 minutes at 400Β°.
Take out and sprinkle cheese over top.
Put back in oven 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
