Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. buttered hi ho cracker crumbs, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 onion, chopped and sauteed and 1 can water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook vegetables by package directions and drain.
Add soup, mayonnaise, celery, onion, chestnuts, cheese and 1/2 of the cracker crumbs.
Save 1/2 the cracker crumbs to spread on top. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
