Mixed Greens
Mixed Greens is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with (16 oz.) pkg. frozen collard greens, chopped, (16 oz.) pkg. frozen turnip greens, chopped, (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mustard greens, chopped, bacon, cut in small pieces and large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute bacon and onion in pot.
Add dissolved bouillon cube, liquid, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add greens.
Cook until greens are tender on low heat, from 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour (30 minutes to 45 minutes).
