Mississippi Mud Pie
Mississippi Mud Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. chopped pecans, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together flour, oleo and pecans. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes. Let cool.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix chocolate with 2 cups milk.
Spread over cream cheese mixture. Mix vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk. Spread over chocolate pudding. Top with large Cool Whip. Grate Hershey bar on top. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
