Beat 2 sticks margarine and sugar.
Add flour, pecans, 1/2 cup cocoa, eggs, vanilla and salt.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and return to warm oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until melted.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 stick margarine.
Spread on warm cake.
