Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1/3 c. cocoa, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs.
Beat by hand.
Sift flour; add cocoa, salt and add to creamed mixture.
Mix well. Next add vanilla and pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 300° for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour marshmallows on cake.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Spread icing over cake.
