Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine.
Add cocoa and eggs.
Add flour, sugar and pecans.
Mix well.
Grease and flour a 1 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Spread mixture in pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cake is done when sides pull away from pan.
Remove and while hot, pour 1 small bag of miniature marshmallows over top, then put pan back in oven until marshmallows are soft.
Remove and spread with topping.
