Minute Rice Pudding
Minute Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. milk, 1 egg, well beaten, 1 pkg. (4 serving size) jell-o vanilla flavored pudding and pie filling (not instant), 1 c. minute original rice and 1/4 c. raisins (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
Add rice and raisins.
Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; serve warm.
(For chilled pudding, place plastic wrap or wax paper on surface of hot pudding.
Refrigerate about 1 hour.
