Mints
Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract and green food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Work the cream cheese and powdered sugar together with hands until creamy.
Add 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract.
You may use spearmint, vanilla, almond or coconut, if you desire.
The more you work the dough the creamier the mixture.
Add food coloring and pinch off in 1/2 teaspoon amounts, roll in granulated sugar and press into plastic mold.
Also may use fork to press down into patties.
