Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 3 oz. cream cheese, food coloring, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Roll into 1/2-inch balls.
Place on waxed paper.
Flatten with palm of your hands.
Let dry 10 to 15 minutes, then use tines of fork to flatten (making a crisscross pattern).
When tops feel dry, turn mints over to dry.
Store in airtight container between layers of waxed paper in refrigerator.
