Mints
Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box powdered sugar, 4 oz. cream cheese, softened, 3 to 4 drops flavoring (peppermint, etc.) and food coloring (paste not liquid), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift powdered sugar.
Cut cream cheese into sugar.
Add flavoring and color.
Put powdered sugar on hands and knead mixture until color is even.
Press mixture into rubber molds.
Pop out and put on paper towel for a few minutes.
Store in airtight container with wax paper between layers.
These can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and put in freezer.
Makes approximately 200 mints.
