Mints
Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 (15 oz.) pkg. creamy white frosting mix, food coloring (red or green) and 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put butter and milk in 2-quart microproof bowl.
Cook on High for 45 seconds, or until butter is melted.
Stir in frosting mix. Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until bubbly.
Stir twice during cooking time.
Stir in food coloring to tint.
Add extract. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
When cool, store in airtight container.
