Minted Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. honey, 2 tsp. or a few drops mint (or mint oil) and 5 to 6 carrots, cut in strips, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine butter, honey and mint.
Heat and add butter; continue heat until melted.
Add hot carrots.
