Mint Fudge
Mint Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In 3-quart casserole, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
Microwave at 70% power for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add marshmallow cream and peppermint extract, beating until blended. Pour into buttered 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Chill until set.
Cut into squares.
