Mint Frosting
Mint Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract, 3 drops green food coloring, 2 c. thawed cool whip and mint leaves and chocolate curls for garnish (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend peppermint extract and green food coloring into the Cool Whip.
Frost tops of 2 (8-inch) layers or tops and sides of an 8-inch square cake.
Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate curls, if desired.
