Mint-Chocolate Malted
Mint-Chocolate Malted is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 4 c. milk, 2/3 c. plain malted milk powder, 1 tsp. vanilla and several drops mint extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place chocolate pieces in saucepan; add 1 cup of the milk. Heat and stir over low heat until chocolate pieces melt.
Stir in remaining milk, malted milk powder, vanilla and mint extract; heat through.
Beat with rotary beater until frothy; pour into cups or mugs.
Serves 6.
