Minnesota Maple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine or butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 c. flour and 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix or sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture in three parts, alternating with maple syrup and milk.
Spread batter in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost when cool.
