Miniature Mounds
Miniature Mounds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 2 c. or 7 oz. pkg. coconut (fine shred), 1 or 2 c. nuts, 1 can eagle brand milk and 4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt 1 stick of butter.
Mix coconut, nuts, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and food coloring.
Pour butter in.
Mix in powdered sugar until in firm ball.
Pinch off pieces and set in refrigerator to chill.
