Miniature Drumsticks

Cut wings in half. Discard wing tips.
Combine flour, cheese and seasonings in shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk. Shake to remove excess. Roll in flour mixture.
Heat oil in electric skillet to 365Β°.
Fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
Keep warm.
Yields 18 servings.
