Miniature Cheese Cakes
Miniature Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. softened cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and pie filling (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until blended.
Line muffin pans with foil cupcake liners.
Put 1 vanilla wafer cookie, flat side down, in each.
Put 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese mixture in each.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Put 2 tablespoons of pie filling on top.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
