Mini Strombolis
Mini Strombolis is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. grated mozzarella, 1/2 c. grated parmesan, 20 thin slices pepperoni and 1 pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine cheeses in a small bowl.
Halve each biscuit horizontally, making 20 thin biscuits.
Gently shape each piece into a 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval.
Place a slice of pepperoni slightly off center on dough.
Top with level tablespoon of cheese mixture. Moisten edges.
Fold over and pinch to seal.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β° or until golden.
Makes 20 servings.
