Mini Sausage and Cheese Muffins
Mini Sausage And Cheese Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled (may use hot, if preferred), 1 can campbell's cheese soup (may use nacho cheese, if you like more spice and hot), 1/2 can water and 2 c. bisquick biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix all ingredients and spoon into mini muffin tins.
(I use Baker's secret pans and they don't need any preparation like oil or spray.)
Bake at 350Β° until nice and golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 40 muffins.
