Mini Reubens
Mini Reubens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf cocktail pumpernickel bread, soft butter, mustard or thousand island dressing, corned beef and sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Spread butter and mustard on bread.
Put corned beef and 1 teaspoon sauerkraut on top, then slice of cheese.
Bake on cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Can be cut in half.
