Mini Reubens
Mini Reubens is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. party pumpernickel bread, 1 (8 oz.) container thousand island dressing, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 lb. swiss cheese and 1 lb. corned beef, sliced thin (from deli), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Arrange pumpernickel bread slices on cookie sheet.
Top each piece of bread with 1/2 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing. Next, put about 1 teaspoon of sauerkraut on each slice of bread and top with small amounts of corned beef and Swiss cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
Makes about 5 dozen.
