Mini Reubens
Mini Reubens is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. corned beef (from deli), 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained, 16 oz. bottle thousand island dressing (will use a little over 1/2 the bottle), 1/3 lb. swiss cheese, cut into squares and 1 pkg. cocktail rye bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix corned beef, sauerkraut and approximately 1/2 bottle of dressing.
Line a cookie sheet with the cocktail rye bread.
Add a tablespoonful of beef mixture to tops of bread.
Top with a square of Swiss cheese.
Bake at 325Β° until cheese is melted.
