Mini-Popovers
Mini-Popovers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs slightly in medium-sized bowl.
Stir in 1/2 cup of the milk, flour
Add remaining milk and 1 tablespoon butter. until smooth.
Gently stir in almonds.
Pour batter well-greased
3/4-inch muffin cups, filling each half full (about scant tablespoon).
Bake 10 minutes at 450°.
Reduce oven temperature to 325° and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Make small slit in side of each popover to let steam escape. Serve hot with butter.
