Mini Pizzas
Mini Pizzas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with english muffins, 26 oz. can tomato sauce or purée, 3 tbsp. olive oil, oregano and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix tomato sauce or purée with olive oil.
Add oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Split muffins into halves. Place on cookie sheet.
Add 2 tablespoons of sauce mixture onto each muffin.
Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes or until cheese just starts to brown.
