Mini Chip Brownies
Mini Chip Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in brown sugar.
Remove from heat; pour into small mixer bowl.
Beat egg and vanilla into cooled mixture.
Add flour and salt, mixing just until well blended.
Stir in mini chips.
Spoon into greased 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan.
Cool; frost if desired. Cut into squares.
